AGREEMENT BETWEEN PURCHASER AND ASSOCIATION

"Residents and/or their guests shall abide and comply with all the rules and regulations and declaration of Condominium of the Green's Condominium Apartments, Inc. Should any of the rules and regulations or declaration of condominium be violated, owner shall be liable for any and all damages occurred, and this agreement shall be null and void and resident shall be subject to eviction. Owner specifically authorizes the Board of Governors to act as agent to institute any suit for eviction of the aforesaid rules or declaration of condominium.”
